Prof Tan Hwee-Pink’s comments on Smart Health TeleRehab featured in the Straits Times

iCity Lab’s Academic Director Prof Tan Hwee-Pink’s shares his thoughts on Smart Health TeleRehab with the Straits Times.

Prof Tan volunteers with the Stroke Support Station (Singapore) and has an elderly father recovering from a complex hip fracture after a road accident last year. He welcomed the new platform as a timely one. Despite the benefits, Prof Tan feels that there is still room for improvements.

Smart Health TeleRehab is a novel healthcare system with the aim to make physiotherapy as painless as possible through technology.
